before joining GHP Group (ex Fleming Family & Partners) in 2011, worked for Raiffeisen Bank Moscow, as a Propriety Book Investment Manager, responsible for Fixed income High Yield investments;

at the same time he was Partner of Aconit Partners, Switzerland, the private Investment Advisory company he helped found in 2008;

in 2006-2007 Mr. Bizikov co-managed Fixed Income portfolios at DeutscheUFG Asset Management. More than USD 250 million were invested in fixed income products;

in 2005 Mr. Bizikov worked as a Market Risk Analyst in Hansa Bank Moscow (today rebranded as SwedBank);

Mr. Bizikov has a Master Degree in Economics from New Economic School (Russia) and a Master degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University;

has certificates from local market regulator FFMS series 1.0, 5.0.

Alyona joined GHP Group in 2011, and is responsible for investment and credit analysis, she is also involved in portfolio strategy development across all asset classes and markets;

in 2009 she worked for a private investment fund ONEXIM Group as a principal specialist;

in 2008 she worked in the research department of the investment company “Troika Dialog”;

Alyona holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Financial University under the Government of Russian Federation joint University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. She also completed International Business and Finance programme in European Business School (London);

Alyona has a Series 1.0 Broker/Dealer Certificate from the local regulator FFMS

in 2004 – 2005 he worked as a Consultant at Roland Berger in Moscow;

in 2006 - 2011 he held the position of Senior Client Relations Manager at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management department in Moscow;

in 2003 Michael graduated from London University with the degree in economics.
